The pair were seen getting close as they spent time together in Beverly Hills, where Selena was seen with her arm around her chart-topper ex - moments after he serenaded her in public.
The former pair were seen looking close again as they navigated the streets in deep conversation.
Clearly dressed to impress, Selena made visible effort for the outing - wearing a pair of skin-tight trousers, beige jumper dress and high-neck black shirt.
Capping the look with sleek hair and a pair of dramatic stilettos, she was obviously in glamour mode and wanted to look her best for the occasion.
At one point the 23 year-old couldn't resist putting her arm around Justin and pulling him closer, which may suggest his one-on-one rendition of My Girl wooed her.
The sighting comes shortly after Justin was filmed serenading her in a luxury Los Angeles hotel bar on Friday evening.
The What Do You Mean? hit-maker burst into a heartfelt rendition of The Temptations' 1965 hit My Girl, which he directed at the Revival star, as they enjoyed a few friendly drinks together at the four-star Montage Beverly Hills hotel.
