Robert Mugabe the Zimbabwean president while speaking at the AU summit criticized the two term tenure for office holders claiming it puts pressure on them and at the same time he criticized Burundi's president for running for 3rd time. Mugabe has been in office since 1987 after been prime minister for seven years.
I say this man is delusional.
