The quality or state of being proud; inordinate self-esteem; an unreasonable conceit of one's own superiority in talents, beauty, wealth, rank e.t.c., which manifests itself in lofty airs, distance, reserve and often contempt of others.
Firstly, why are you not talking?
Have you thought about that? is it worth a fight, pride has brought a lot of relationships down. When you offended your partner, why didn't you just apologize even if you think its not an offense.
Do you even understand your partner? Do you know what he/she likes or dislikes? You can't be in a relationship with someone without knowing that expect you're just there for what you will gain but if you truly love your partner you won't offend him/her all the time.
Now that somebody is offened what did the offender do about it? Know that your partner is contributing to your life one way or the other so don't be too proud to beg. I am sorry can go a long way in case you don't know, so swallow your pride and go beg your boo. The offended should also be ready to listen unless except its a grievous offense so listen to your partner and forget it.
