Lekki gardens reopened by LASG....

AFTER BUILDINGS Passed Structural Stability And Integrity TestsThe  Lagos State government has approved the reopening of buildings belonging to Lekki Worldwide Estates Limited, owners of Lekki Gardens which were recently sealed after an uncompleted building collapsed at one of the construction sites belonging to the company. Subsequently, the Lagos State Material Testing Laboratory was mandated to carry out integrity tests on all the houses built by the real estate giant to ascertain their structural stability. Reports indicate that the buildings passed the integrity tests and have now been reopened to the occupants. According to a statement credited to Lagos State Commissioner for Physical Planning and Urban Development, Mr Wasiu Anifowoshe, the buildings were unsealed and the tenants granted permission to return to their houses after results from the tests carried out were examined by a team of construction experts. According to him, the integrity test carried out on the Lekki Gardens buildings was conducted by the Lagos State Material Testing Laboratory and the results have been forwarded to the Governor, Akinwunmi Ambode, who reserves the right to announce the results. He also revealed that investigations are still on to ascertain the exact cause of the March 8 building collapse. It would be recalled that on March 8 an uncompleted building collapsed at one of the construction sites belonging to Lekki Gardens and in the aftermath occupiers of all buildings erected by the company in Lagos State were evicted from their houses to allow the government ascertain their structural stability. This move affected thousands of families who currently occupy the housing units in the over 30 estates managed by Lekki Gardens in Lagos. The families who have had to endure several weeks of hardship brought about by the eviction can now look forward to reoccupying their houses with renewed assurance that their properties are in good shape.

FG & Labour meeting ends in deadlock, strike still holds...

Talks between the Federal Government and organised labour on the increase in the pump price of petrol ended in a deadlock on Monday night.
Briefing journalists at the end of the four-hour meeting on Tuesday morning, the Secretary to the Government of the Federation, Mr. Babachir Lawal, said the two parties had “a fruitful discussion and will continue from where we stopped.”
The meeting, which ended at about 12 midnight, will resume at 3pm on Tuesday (today).
Lawal, however, refused to answer further questions from newsmen.
The Federal Government, however, began another round of meeting with the Joe Ajaero-led faction of the labour movement at about 12.15am on Tuesday after its meeting with the Ayuba Wabba-led Nigeria Labour Congress.
Wabba confirmed that discussions with the Federal Government would continue by 3pm on Tuesday (today).
Sources at the meeting said the labour leaders were not convinced by the figures presented by the government team.
Those who attended the meeting included Wabba;  NLC General Secretary, Peter Ozo-Esun; NUPENG president, Igwe Achese; PENGASSAN President, Olabode Johnson; TUC President, Bobboi Kaigama; Minister of Labour and Employment, Dr Chris Ngige; Senior Special Assistant to the President on National Assembly Matters (Senate), Senator Ita Enang; and the Edo State Governor, Adams Oshiomhole.
Earlier on Monday, the Federal Government said it had no choice but to liberalise the price of petrol.
The Minister of Information and Culture, Alhaji Lai Mohammed, who stated this at a news conference in Abuja, justified the increase in the price of petrol to N145.
He also faulted a claim that the new price regime was about removal of subsidy.
He stated, “We have no choice but to liberalise the price of petrol if we are to end the crippling fuel scarcity that has enveloped the country, ensure the availability of the product and end the suffering of our people over the lingering scarcity.”
Debunking a claim that the new price regime was about removal of subsidy, he said, “There is no subsidy to remove because no provision was made for subsidy in the 2016 budget. Last year, the government paid out N1tn in subsidy, and that’s one sixth of this year’s budget. We can’t afford to pay another N1tn in subsidy.”
Justifying the government’s action, he said the fall in the price of crude oil had led to the reduction of foreign exchange available in the country.
This, he explained, had forced marketers to stop the importation of the product, thus making the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation the supplier of over 90 per cent of petrol.
Mohammed stated, “With the drastic fall in the price of crude oil, which is the nation’s main foreign exchange earner, there has also been a drastic reduction in the amount of foreign exchange available.
“The unavailability of forex and the inability to open letters of credit have forced marketers to stop product importation and imposed over 90 per cent supply on the NNPC since October 2015, in contrast to the past where NNPC supplied 48 per cent of the national requirement.”
He dismissed critics, who were comparing ex-President Goodluck Jonathan’s fuel price increase in 2012 to the recent one by the Buhari administration.
Mohammed added, ‘‘Our answer to that is that there is no basis for comparison. The conditions in 2012 were vastly different from the conditions now.
“Then, oil was selling for over 100 dollars a barrel, compared to just a little over 40 dollars a barrel now. Then, the country was awash in forex, thanks to the high earnings from oil. Then the foreign reserves were high.
“The new price regime is simply inevitable.”
The minister also disclosed that the renewed insurgency and pipeline vandalism in the Niger Delta had drastically reduced national crude oil production to 1.65 million barrels per day, against the 2.2 million barrels per day planned in the 2016 budget.
He noted that the resultant fuel scarcity had created an abnormal increase in price, resulting in Nigerians paying between N150 and N300 per litre because hoarding, smuggling and diversion of products had reduced volumes made available to citizens.
He stated, “The liberalisation of petrol supply and distribution will allow marketers and any Nigerian entity, willing to supply PMS, to source for their forex and import PMS to ensure the availability of the products in all locations of the country.”
In a similar vein, Christians in the 19 northern states and Abuja on Monday backed the deregulation of the petroleum industry and cautioned the Nigeria Labour Congress against the proposed nationwide strike.
Under the aegis of the Northern chapter of the Christian Association of Nigeria, the association called on organised labour to shelve its planned nationwide strike over the increase in the price of petrol.
Northern CAN’s Public Relations Officer, Reverend John Hayab, who spoke to our correspondent in Kaduna on Monday, said the deregulation of the downstream oil sector was the best option for now in stimulating the nation’s economy.
Hayab noted that the proposed nationwide strike by organised labour could not be in the interest of Nigerians as according to him, “strike has never and will not be the option to revamping the economy.”
The cleric also proposed dialogue between organised labour and the government in order to find a common ground in solving the current problem.
He noted that the association was, however, not happy with the way the Federal Government removed the fuel subsidy without due consultations with other stakeholders.
The spokesman added, “We understand the pains and difficulties Nigerians are passing through. We share the pains and difficulties with them. This is a period of sacrifice.
“We don’t think going or embarking on strike by the Nigeria Labour Congress is the best option. The best option is a roundtable discussion.”
Meanwhile, the Catholic Archdiocese of Abuja has warned the nation’s organised labour to reflect on its proposed industrial action against the increase in the pump price of petrol.
The church said while it supported the efforts being made by the government, it was optimistic that Nigerians needed to give the government the benefit of the doubt over its intentions and policies.
The Director of Communications, Social Communications Department of the Archdiocese, Rev. Fr. Patrick  Alumuku, said this during a press conference on Monday in Abuja, to mark his 35th anniversary of priesthood and to herald the public presentation of his book, Candle Wax.
According to him, whereas it was necessary to ask the government to be vigilant and have the people at heart in all it does, labour needed to think twice about “whether we are going to throw ourselves into chaos of where salaries are not being paid or make this sacrifice.”
Luckily, we are talking of government that came on board with desire to help Nigerians improve the condition of their lives and I believe this government has some responsibilities in its hands.”
But in Osogbo, the Osun State capital, the Bishop of Sufficient Grace and Truth Ministry, Seun Adeoye, on Monday, staged a solo protest against the increase in the pump price of petrol.
The cleric, a former Chairman of the Nigeria Union of Journalists, Osun State Council, started the protest in front of the Osun State Government House, Okefia, around 10am and marched to the popular Olaiya Junction, where he addressed journalists.
The bishop was dressed in full regalia of his office, hanging a placard with an inscription “N145 per litre: This is not change but chain.”
The bishop said he would trek from Osogbo to Abuja in protest against the policy if the Federal Government refused to review the policy.
He said, “This is not the change they promised the people. At most, it should be N95 per litre. This price is too much. Things are very bad and this hike would worsen it.”
Civil society organisations in Edo State have, however, vowed to mobilise their members across the 18 local government areas of the state in support of the planned nationwide protest strike.
The groups, under the aegis of the Coalition to Save Nigeria, made this known on Monday in Benin.
Also, on Monday in Benin, Edo Civil Society Organisations staged a peaceful protest in the state capital against the new price regime.
But the Coalition to Save Nigeria, in a statement by Dr. Philip Ugbodaga, condemned the increase in the price of petrol describing it as a move by the Federal Government to ambush Nigerians, whom they said were not consulted before the decision was taken.
It argued that government was “fantastically wrong” in taking the decision like it did in 2012.
It also noted that the government and political leaders were yet to lead by example in its call to Nigerians to sacrifice in the interest of the country.

THE PEACE OF GOD
MEMORISE:
And the peace of God, which passeth all understanding, shall keep your
hearts and minds through Christ Jesus. Philippians 4:7
HYMN 7:
1. Holy, holy, holy! Lord God Almighty!
Early in the morning our song shall rise to thee;
Holy, holy, holy! merciful and mighty,
God in three persons, blessed Trinity!
READ:
Philippians 4:4-8
4 Rejoice in the Lord always: and again I say, Rejoice.
5 Let your moderation be known unto all men. The Lord is at hand.
6 Be careful for nothing; but in every thing by prayer and supplication with
thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God.
7 And the peace of God, which passeth all understanding, shall keep your
hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.
BIBLE IN ONE YEAR :
II Kings 23:28-25:30 and Proverbs 25:15-28
MESSAGE:
We can know all the facts about God’s provisions, but if emotions do not
support our knowledge, we will not be able to act upon what we know to
be true. The peace of God applies a balm of inner serenity to our
emotions. If you have the peace of God, you will feel at peace in mind
and heart – the total inner person. All of us know what it is like to lack
inner peace. Some crisis comes into our lives – some worry, some
danger - and a turbulent storm rages within. Many people seek peace
through tranquilizers, depressants, and other drugs. Others turn to illicit
drugs or alcohol. Some try pseudo-religious movements such as
transcendental meditation to find a solution for their lack of peace.
Philippians 4:6-7 says:
“Do not be careful for nothing; but in everything, by prayer and
supplication with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known unto
God. And the peace of God, which passeth all understanding, shall keep
your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus”
How does the believer walk in the shoes of peace? Philippians 4:6-7
reminds us that it is through prayer. Time alone with God in thankful,
prayerful petition is the most effective inner tranquilizer. There is no
solution to inner disquiet as effective as prayer. It always works. The
peace of God transcends all understanding. That means the peace of God
is above and beyond what we understand. It is more than we really need
to see us through.
The next time you sense a great inner shaking or even just a slight inner
disquiet, try prayer. Shut yourself away for thirty minutes or an hour alone
with God. Use doctrinal praying. Pray back to God the truth of being “in
Christ,” inseparably united with Christ in all of His person and work. Pray
through your understanding of the Holy Spirit. Pray on each part of the
believer’s armor. Thank the Lord for all of His grace and goodness. Tell
Him about your anxieties and concerns. God will intervene to change
things. It may be so gradual, you will scarcely know how or when it
happens, but when you finish, you will discover the peace of God within
your emotions. A quiet inner serenity and calm reigns even though the
storm may still rage around you. I know that to be true both by
experience and by the Word of God. In fact, if you are practicing this kind
of praying regularly, you will discover the peace of God already there
before the crisis comes.
The Scriptures are utterly practical and workable. The Bible works when
we use its promises in every circumstance of life. Have you ever
considered that your lack of inner peace may be God’s way of calling you
to prayer? We have many marvellous electronic gadgets available to us
today. A lack of inner peace could be God’s beeper signals to you. God
may be calling you for an audience with Himself. He wants fellowship with
you, and in the process He will restore to you that peace that transcends
all understanding.
PRAYER POINT:
Father, let your peace like a river flow over my life today in Jesus’ name.

WHEN THE HOLY SPIRIT COMES II
MEMORISE:
But ye shall receive power, after that the Holy Ghost is come upon you:
and ye shall be witnesses unto me both in Jerusalem, and in all Judaes,
and in Samaria, and unto the uttermost part of the earth. Acts 1:8
HYMN 5:
Oh, spread the tidings ’round, wherever man is found,
Wherever human hearts and human woes abound;
Let every Christian tongue proclaim the joyful sound: The Comforter has
come!
Chorus:
The Comforter has come,
The Comforter has come!
The Holy Ghost from heav’n,
The Lord’s dear promise giv’n;
Oh, spread the tidings ’round,
Wherever man is found,
The Comforter has come!
READ:
Acts 4:31-34
31 And when they had prayed, the place was shaken where they were
assembled together; and they were all filled with the Holy Ghost, and they
spake the word of God with boldness.
BIBLE IN ONE YEAR :
II Kings 21:19-23:27 and Proverbs 25:1-14
MESSAGE:
The role of the Holy Spirit in the life of the Church and the child of God
is so vital that survival seems virtually impossible without Him. Jesus
made several statements that emphasized the importance of the Holy
Spirit in the life of Christians.
Based our memory verse of today, the great commission could not be
carried out without the support of the Holy Spirit. But when the power of
the Holy Spirit is active we become exceptionally empowered for soul
winning even in very difficult situations. I have had some unbelievable
experiences about how the Holy Spirit can empower a person. While
preaching in one of our programs a few years ago, as I was about to pray,
I heard in my spirit a discussion between two witches – one on my right
and the other on my left, saying it was time for them to operate.
Immediately, I announced that if they came out they would be delivered,
but if not, they would die within a week. Thank God they both came out
and confessed. The presence of the supernatural would make men to see
God the way He is. Quite a number of unbelievers believe that the
testimonies they hear by testifiers are stage-managed – nothing but lies.
But when they see the raw demonstration of God’s power, they will not
need to be cajoled before they surrender. A man once attended our
monthly Holy Ghost Service in Nigeria. His son had been trying to
persuade him to surrender his life to Christ, but he refused to listen. As
soon as he came in, as instructed by the Lord, I said “there is a man
coming for the first time who came late because he was feeding his
snake”. And that the Lord said before he gets home, his snake will die
but if he loves himself he should surrender to Jesus or else he will die
with his snake. Immediately he heard it, he ran out and was delivered. If
you are in contact with the supernatural, soul winning would be ‘piece of
cake’.
However, some have been baptized in the Holy Ghost but are not able to
function the way they should. This is because the right knowledge is
required to get the best out of the ministry of the Holy Spirit. For
example, it is difficult for you to be in the Spirit when you are overfed
with physical food. So if you want to be in the Spirit, watch your diet. On
the other hand, feed on the Word of God. Spiritual overfeeding is allowed.
Be constantly in the mood for prayer. Pray in tongues. Focus on God and
cut off every distraction. Take time to give God spirit-filled praise,
worship and thanksgiving. Open your heart wholly to God. Be sensitive to
His voice. As you minister to God, be full of expectations. Be sensitive to
all Heavenly communications: visions, dreams, voice, scriptures,
impressions on your spirit man, ideas, etc. It is also important to set
yourself apart just to fellowship with the King of kings. Take time to
meditate on key scriptures. When last were you in the Spirit? Nothing is
impossible to the one who is in the Spirit.
PRAYER POINT:
Father, please fill me with your Holy Spirit and empower me to do the

impossible henceforth.

Why I forged my certificates....75 year old teacher

A 75-year-old retired teacher, Onuzuruike Udu, paraded by the Anambra State Police Command for allegedly forging different certificates said he committed the act “out of milk of human kindness.”
The old man said he committed the act out of the necessity to help the youths and the downtrodden.
“I was in the school system. I knew what the system looked like, where you would fail a brilliant child and pass a dull one because of gratification.
“So when I retired from the system, I decided that I would make sure I assist some of these less privileged by helping them to grow.
“I’m a grandfather and I’m supposed to do the needful at my age. I don’t forge certificates, I help people to grow and advance to the best I could.
“If you leave these children, the system will not allow them to get jobs; they won’t get certificates to advance. So, that’s why I came in to help.
“So, what I do is out of milk of human kindness. I don’t forge certificates, I help people to grow,” the old man said.
The Anambra State Police Command had on Wednesday paraded the 75-year- old Udu for allegedly forging certificates.
Also paraded with him was a 54-year-old Evelyn Nweke, a business centre operator, said to be his accomplice
They were accused of forging certificates of some tertiary institutions, National Youth Service Corps discharge and exemption certificates and printing fake Nigerian currency.
The police alleged that the duo had been doing the business together for a long time.
Among fake certificates recovered from them were those of University of Nigeria, Nsukka, Nnamdi Azikiwe University, Awka, Federal Polytechnic, Oko, College of Education, Umunze, as well as NYSC discharge and exemption certificates.
Other documents recovered from them were certificates for Senior Community Health Extension Workers, certificates for Junior Community Health Extension Workers, National Business and Technical Examination Board certificate.
Mrs. Nwoke said she was not aware that the documents were forged, admitting however that the man used to bring documents for her to change some of the contents.
The police said they would soon be charged to court.

Tiwa Savage celebrates 1million followers on Instagram!!!

Mavin's Diva celebrates and appreciate all fans and friends for their social media support...Even though I find it hard to understand the joy with one million followers and less than 10000likes..
I'm a fan anyways, so congrats to our lovely Tiwa.

See what Daddy Freeze says about FG resolution on fuel subsidy removal...

Freeze took to Instagram to air his views and opinion on the issue of fuel subsidy removal by the federal government. Below his what he posted in the picture.
A TORTOISE WITH RIGOR MORTIS !!!
The pain of the poor Nigerian at such a time as this is beyond unbearable. I have always supported this government so I took the slow 'tortoise' pace of its ruling strategy though unnerving, with optimism, believing that the future is going to be propitious if we can eventually get out of this 'alley'..... However, with the latest hike in petrol prices, the slow paced tortoise has developed rigor mortis, which by definition is 'the stiffness of death'. This fuel increase, will only serve to highlight our harrowing plight, in a country where life prior to this act, was already intolerable.
It's like serving a quit notice to a man whose car was stolen the previous day, after he lost his kids in a fire earlier that week. He had also lost his job a month back, due to depression caused by the discovery that his wife was HIV positive during her autopsy.
There is nothing wrong with removing a subsidy that has been the foundation of the most elaborate corruption scheme in the history of this country. However, is this the best time to do it?
I'm of the humble opinion that when the economic rigor mortis resulting from this fuel hike sets in, and many are faced with the dilemma of choosing between corruption and suffering, a vast majority won't be choosing suffering.

Chelsea confirm they have offered captain John Terry a new one year contract

Chelsea football club have listened to the plea of their fans and offered long serving 35 year old captain John Terry a new one year contract for him to remain at Stamford Bridge.

John Terry had already intimated to friends and family that he will be playing his last match for the club against Leicester City this weekend, but having met with Chelsea officials this week, he's been offered a one year deal to remain at the club.

A club spokesman said according to SportsMail: 'Marina Granovskaia and Bruce Buck met with John and his agent this week and offered him a one-year contract extension.

'With it coming so late in the season, this is a big decision for John and his family and it is something that they are now considering.'

Chelsea manager Guus Hiddink revealed during his press conference on Friday that he had been speaking to the club about Terryinforming them that they needed to 'cherish' their legends.
'I talk to the people inside every now and then,' Hiddink said. 'I'm always in favour, generally speaking, that players, ex players – I'm not talking about John now – have a lot of influence in the culture of a club.
'When the players say goodbye to a club they love and come back, in whatever task, I'm in favour. Maybe that's also for John in the future. I don't know.'
He added: 'He is already 21 years in this club. I saw an image of him recently coming in as a youngster. It's huge, 21 years. That's why they become legends.
'You must cherish those legends for the future as well.

Statement from the office of the Vice President on fuel pricing debate

Fellow Citizens:
I have read the various observations about the fuel pricing regime and the attendant issues generated. All certainly have strong points.
The most important issue of course is how to shield the poor from the worst effects of the policy.  I will hopefully address that in another note.
Permit me an explanation of the policy. First, the real issue  is not a removal of subsidy. At $40 a barrel there isn't much of a subsidy to remove.

In any event, the President is probably one of the most convinced pro-subsidy advocates.

What happened is as follows: our local consumption of fuel is almost entirely imported. The NNPC exchanges crude from its joint venture share to provide about 50% of local fuel consumption. The remaining 50% is imported by major and independent marketers.

These marketers up until three months ago sourced their foreign exchange from the Central Bank of Nigeria at the official rate. However, since late last year, independent marketers have brought in little or no fuel because they have been unable to get foreign exchange from the CBN. The CBN simply did not have enough. (In April, oil earnings dipped to $550 million. The amount required for fuel importation alone is about $225million!) .

Meanwhile, NNPC tried to cover the 50% shortfall by dedicating more export crude for domestic consumption. Besides the short term depletion of the Federation Account, which is where the FG and States are paid from, and further cash-call debts pilling up, NNPC also lacked the capacity to distribute 100% of local consumption around the country. Previously, they were responsible for only about 50%. (Partly the reason for the lingering scarcity).

We realised that we were left with only one option. This was to allow independent marketers and any Nigerian entity to source their own foreign exchange and import fuel. We expect that foreign exchange will be sourced at an average of about N285 to the dollar, (current interbank rate). They would then be restricted to selling at a price between N135 and N145 per litre.

We expect that with competition, more private refineries, and NNPC refineries working at full capacity, prices will drop considerably. Our target is that by Q4 2018 we should be producing 70% of our fuel needs locally. At the moment even if all the refineries are working optimally they will produce just about 40% of our domestic fuel needs.

You will notice that I have not mentioned other details of the PPRA cost template. I wanted to focus on the cost component largely responsible for the substantial rise, namely foreign exchange. This is therefore not a subsidy removal issue but a foreign exchange problem, in the face of dwindling earnings.

Thank you all.

Kylie Jenner and Tyga broke up because of too much drama & she felt she was too young to be tied to him

Kylie Jenner's just too successful, too young and too hot to be tied down to one man, and that's the main reason she and Tyga are done for good this time. Sources connected with the former couple tell us KJ recently realized she wants to live the single life and soak up the spoils of being an 18-year-old multi-millionaire. That frequently means flying all over the world for appearances, and we're told that didn't sit well with Tyga ... who's focusing on his music.
As one source put it ... she wants to jet set, he wants to chill in a studio -- and they both knew it wouldn't work.
Also, we're told since their mini break last fall... there's been constant drama over "dumb stuff" -- what to eat, what they say on social media, blah, blah.

As for the model at Mother's Day brunch with Tyga? We're told he admits having a couple models "hanging around," but no serious girlfriends -- and Kylie's confident there was no cheating before they split.

Wendy Williams: Why Katy Perry Should Give Orlando Bloom 'His Walking Papers'

Bye-bye, Bloom! Wendy Williams wants Katy Perry to kick Orlando Bloom to the curb — and stat! During her daytime talk show on Wednesday, May 11, the TV personality gabbed about Bloom recently getting cozy in Las Vegas with Selena Gomez.
"Katy Perry, leave him alone. We don't need the headache. The speculation is out there, your boyfriend Orlando Bloom was caught with another woman," Williams, 51, said. "I don’t think he even cares about having a relationship with Selena, she’s just a comfort zone. I don’t even need the receipts of whether they slept together that night, he’s neck-nuzzling. Katy, give him his walking papers, he’s done."

Bloom, 39, and Perry, 31, have been dating since they hit it off at the Golden Globe Awards back in January. On Tuesday, TMZ posted photos of Bloom getting close with Gomez, 23, inside Las Vegas’ Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino on May 7. The site reports that they didn't spend the night together.
"Selena was just trying to have a good time with friends, but Orlando was all over her," an onlooker told Us Weekly
Gomez and the Romans actor have history. In April 2014, they were photographed sitting on a curb together outside Chelsea Handler's stand-up comedy show in L.A.
Gomez's ex Justin Bieber also has been connected to Bloom. Back in 2012, Bieber was spotted flirting with Bloom's ex-wife, Miranda Kerr, at a Victoria's Secret fashion show. In July 2014, the men reportedly had an altercation at Ibiza's Cipriani nightspot.

John Legend Wants to Be Shamed for Parenting Skills Along With Chrissy Teigen: 'Shame Both of Us’

Daddy on defense! John Legendtook to Twitter on Tuesday, May 10, to defend his wife, Chrissy Teigen, against the online trolls who have been criticizing her parenting skills since the couple welcomed daughter Luna to the world just three weeks ago.
“Funny there’s no dad-shaming,” the “All of Me” singer, 37, tweeted. “When both of us go out to dinner, shame both of us so Chrissy doesn’t have to take it all. We’ll split it.
The new dad’s comment came hot on the heels of the Monday, May 9, episode of The Daily Show, in which correspondent Desi Lydic did a segment on“Momsplaining.”
In it, the comedian joked that haters who concerned themselves with how Teigen, 30, is raising her daughter need to take a step back and rethink their criticism.
Teigen received a slew of comments after she and Legend stepped out for a date night less than two weeks after giving birth, but the new mom was unfazed.
“I went to dinner. People are pissed. Good morning!” she tweeted the next day.

Skai Jackson, 14, Shuts Down Azealia Banks on Twitter: ‘Simmer Down’

Dang, girl! Skai Jackson shut down Azealia Banks on Twitter on Tuesday, May 10, after the 24-year-old singer went on a racist and homophobic rant against Zayn Malik.
Azealia Banks needs to simmer down a little,” the 14-year-old Disney star tweeted Tuesday.
After Banks saw Jackson’s tweet, the controversial songstress went in for the kill, replying to the teen: “and you need to grow some hips and start your menses. stay in a child’s place.”
The Jessie star didn’t back down.
“When a no hip having 14 year old has more class than you. Worry about your career. Get one. ✌,” Jackson tweeted back.
“LOL, says the Disney Channel Reject. … You know they don’t like girls your color. Enjoy while it lasts,” Banks replied, before adding: “ur mom’s been pimping you out to disney since you were a lil girl. lets see what you end up like at 21. bye !”
“I had a career before Disney and I’m sure I will after!” Jackson responded. “And I know I won’t turn out like you bitter and miserable! Fix ur life … and I’m sure my mom did a wayyy better job then yours did! You give black woman a bad name. I’ll be praying for you.”
As previously reported, the feud was ignited after Banks accused Malik of copying her work, calling him a “sand n----- who emulates white boys' renditions of black male hood.”
Banks has previously battled Iggy Azalea, Lady Gaga and even Pharrell on Twitter.

Ozzy Osbourne: Sharon Felt He Was Living A ‘Double Life’ Behind Her Back

The Osbourne’s are having a rough week! After reports surfaced, claiming Ozzy cheated on Sharon, it seems that Ozzy’s alleged affair may not have been a one time deal. In fact, Sharon felt like Ozzy was living a ‘double life.’ That’s intense!

This news just keeps getting worse! Ozzy Osbourne, 67, may have not only cheated, as reports claim, but was also living a double life. At least that’s what his wife, Sharon Osbourne, 63, seems to think. The alleged affair was much more than just a short one time foray, and she feels as if he has been living a “double life.” That’s a lot for one woman to handle!
“All of this isn’t happening over Ozzy hooking up with some ‘random’ on a Friday night. He’s a rocker, and a ‘slip-up’ is a lot different to what they found here,” a source dished to Page Six. As if it wasn’t sad enough that Ozzy and Sharon were splitting up, now we have to deal with the fact that he may have been living a whole double life!?
“Their relationship has always been a roller coaster, but when they separated in 2013 things really hit rock bottom. Ozzy is surprisingly deceptive and lives somewhat of a secret double life at times,” an insider dished toHollywoodLife.com EXCLUSIVELY.  “After their split in 2013, Sharon really increased how much she was watching Ozzy. She has zero trust in him anymore which does not make for a great relationship,” our source revealed.
On the May 10 episode of her show, The Talk, the host revealed that even she is at a loss for what comes next, and we don’t blame her! Maybe she just needs a little bit of time.
A bombshell like that takes some time to process, so it’s no surprise that we may not know the outcome for a while. Living a double life is no joke, and even Ozzy knew he would have to come to terms with this major betrayal. Whether their marriage is over or not, hopefully Ozzy is learning his lesson. A woman can only put up with so much!
